    Waited a year to treat myself to two of these lovely coasters for me birthday. They arrived not padded and packed in a box but thrown into a mailing envelope and arrived in a 100 pieces. I wanted to cry. Yes you immediately refunded my account but that wasn’t the point. Still coaster less in Seattle.
