Nick Offerman, yes that Nick Offerman of Parks and Rec fame, is a huge fan of Lagavulin Single Malt Scotch. It also happens that Offerman owns a wood shop in LA where he and his team construct beautiful wooden pieces. So when Lagavulin decided they wanted to design the perfect serving slab and glasses set for the 16 year old Scotch they know he loves, Nick and the Woodshop were the obvious choice! The result is a limited edition glass and tray set that is ideal for anyone that loves this iconic scotch.

These whisky serving slabs are all made from the same log of fallen redwood from Woodland Hills, a tree that was rescued from the landfill by Offerman's good friends, the urban lumberjacks of Angel City Lumber.  Each slab is approximately 18"x10", finished with a food safe polyurethane, and perfectly sized to accommodate a bottle of Lagavulin and four tumblers for you and anyone you deem worthy of a dram.

There were only 50 of these slabs made, and they are exclusive to VinePair.
