Spiegelau Bourbon Tasting Glass (Set of 4)

I sent this to my niece as a gift, in another state, so I don't know how they work. I assume no news is good news. It did arrive with no note of who it was from, which is mildly annoying. The ordering process went well and was easy to use.

The shape of the glass lent itself to the aroma and the weighted bottom felt good in my hand overall a great gladd

I would like to write something nice about these glasses but they were never delivered. After receiving an email saying that the delivery had been made, I contacted your customer service department to notify them that the package in fact was not delivered. After exchanging a couple more emails I was instructed to please wait another week so I did. Still no delivery. I've sent a few more emails and still have not had any response. I've asked for either another delivery through another carrier or simply refund my money which ever is easier. Still no answer. You can only blame the post office, FedEx and others for so much but it's ultimately on Vine Pair to take care of this and they have not as of this writing. I'm going to wait a few more days and then simply ask my credit card company to charge back the purchase. Disappointed to say the least.

These glasses exceeded our expectations. Great design!
