Can I order single bottles of olive oil without a subscription? Unfortunately you can't buy single bottles. Due to the exclusive, bespoke nature of our olive oils, the vast majority of each quarter's selection is allocated to existing members. We know how delicious these olive oils are, so we try our hardest to increase the amount available each quarter.
When will I receive my first shipment? Your first shipment of olive oil will be sent out immediately. You'll receive it in 3 to 7 business days.
When will I receive my other olive oils? While some oils take a bit longer than others to source, our current shipping schedule is the following: July (Q2 2018 - #11), September (Q3 2018 - #12), December (Q4 - 2018 - #13), March (Q1 - 2019 - #14), June (Q2 - 2019 - #15), September (Q3 - 2019 - #16), December (Q4 - #17)
What olive oils will I receive in future shipments? In the latter half of the year we focus on the Southern Hemisphere. You'll be receiving some exquisite, under-the-radar oils from Australia and New Zealand. We're incredibly excited to bring over some olive oils that most Americans have never heard of. The December 2018 shipment will be from the Northern Hemisphere. The exact ship date depends on harvest conditions.
Can I see a list of the previous olive oils? Of course. Just shoot us an email to see a list of all our previously shipped olive oils, including tasting notes.
Can I ship this as a gift? Yes - this is one of our most popular gift items! If your order is a gift, just check off 'Gift Order'. You'll pay for a one year subscription, that will NOT renew. At any time during that first year, the lucky person you bought this subscription for can opt to pay for an additional year.
How do I cancel my subscription? You cancel your quarterly subscription at any time in your account's subscription management center. If you've prepaid for a yearly subscription that you do not wish to continue for additional years you can set this in your account's subscription management center.
